What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Once an order is dispatched all details are then deleted and cannot be redone, you will need to place another order.
Stripe – We get an email to say you have paid and we get no card details from them as they process these.
Delivery of your Orders
Below is the delivery services we offer and how they work
Royal Mail (UK Only) (Flat Rate)
All orders are sent by 48 hour fully tracked and includes a picture of delivery
DPD UK Parcel Shop Collection (Flat Rate)
This is a service that delivers next day to a DPD parcel shop. DPD picks at the time of booking based on your address and we have no choice in what shop they pick(Most of the time it is a post office)
Royal Mail (Overseas) (Flat Rate)
All overseas orders are sent by international tracked and are aimed be to delivered within 15 working days (3 weeks)
Evri Northern Ireland (Flat Rate)
This is a service that delivers within 5 days to a Evri parcel shop. Evri picks at the time of booking based on your address and we have no choice in what shop they pick.
This is the service we offer to orders of Ireland and does not include customs fees as this is up to you to pay. This is normally a 3 day service and does not include Sundays.
As this is a model for Cancer Research UK if you would like a refund we will but the £5 will not be refunded plus our pre-order T&C apply to this also.
Marking of items of due to Ebay over pricing
If we find out you have ordered from us and then sold the item on Ebay at a much higher price we have the right to have the website price marked on the outer box so anyone that has the item from you know what you paid for it and we will NOT take any returns if this is done.
